Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026 · Effective: 28 August 2026
In short: our games collect nothing about you. They ship without the internet permission, contain no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases, and keep only your best score — on your own device. We have no player database, so there is nothing about you for us to sell, share or lose.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy is issued by Mohammed Hachimi, an independent game developer trading as NorviGame (“NorviGame”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Morocco, with a contact address at Nzalet Jamaa, Jawharat Mediouna, Immeuble 16, Appartement 13, Mediouna, Morocco.
We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at amazon@norvigame.com.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to:
- the website at norvigame.com; and
- all mobile games and applications published by NorviGame, including those distributed through the Amazon Appstore and other Android marketplaces (together, the “Games”).
It does not apply to third-party services, stores or websites that we do not control, including the Amazon Appstore itself. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Support correspondence — if you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include.
- Optional in-game name — where a Game offers a nickname or display name, we store what you enter. Please do not enter your real name.
3.2 Information collected automatically
Our current Games collect nothing automatically.
Zephlo, the only Game we publish today, requests no Android permissions at all — including no internet permission. It therefore cannot transmit anything from your device, even if we wanted it to. You can verify this yourself: the permissions list on the Amazon Appstore page for the Game is empty.
The only thing the Game writes is:
| What | Where it is stored | Leaves your device? |
|---|---|---|
| Your best score (a single number) | Locally, in the app's own storage on your device | No |
| Whether you muted the sound | Locally, in the app's own storage on your device | No |
Both are removed when you uninstall the Game.
We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, usage analytics, crash reports, location of any kind, contacts, photos, microphone audio, SMS messages, or call logs.
If this ever changes, we will update this policy and say exactly what is collected before the affected Game is released — not afterwards.
3.3 Website information
This website is a static informational site. It does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
4. How we use information
- To keep your best score and sound setting on your own device;
- To respond to support requests, if you choose to email us;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
That is the complete list. Because the Game holds no data of yours other than what is on your own device, there is nothing for us to profile, share or analyse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
5. Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Contract — to deliver the Game you have chosen to install and play.
- Legitimate interests — to secure our services, prevent abuse, and improve our products, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — for personalised advertising and any optional analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data by law.
6. Third-party services
We use no third-party service that receives your data. Two companies are involved in our Games in other ways, and are listed here for completeness:
| Provider | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Unity Technologies | Game engine used to build our Games. Unity Analytics, Unity Ads and every other Unity network service are switched off, and the app ships without the internet permission, so nothing reaches Unity from your device. | unity.com/legal/privacy-policy |
| Amazon.com, Inc. / Amazon Appstore | Distributes our Games. Amazon handles the download and any account activity under its own privacy policy; that relationship is between you and Amazon, and we receive no personal data from it. | amazon.com/privacy |
This list reflects the services our Games currently use. If we add another provider — an advertising network, a crash-reporting or analytics service — we will update this policy before that Game is released.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
7. Advertising and analytics
Our Games contain no advertising and no analytics. There are no ad networks, no ad SDKs, no advertising identifier is read, and no measurement or attribution service is integrated. There is also nothing to buy: our Games contain no in-app purchases.
If we ever introduce advertising into a Game, we will name the ad network in this policy and disclose it on the store listing before that version is released.
8. Children's privacy
Our Games are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Where a Game is rated as suitable for children or participates in a children's programme on the Amazon Appstore, we disable personalised advertising and behavioural analytics for that title, in line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Article 8 of the GDPR.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact amazon@norvigame.com and we will delete it promptly.
9. Data retention
- Your best score and sound setting — kept on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. We never hold a copy.
- Support emails — up to 24 months after the enquiry is closed.
- Data we must keep by law — for the period the law requires.
We hold no server-side records of players, so there is no player database to age out or delete from.
10. International transfers
We are based in Morocco, and our service providers operate globally. Your information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your personal information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — note that we do not sell personal information; and
- lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority. In Morocco this is the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).
To exercise any of these rights, email amazon@norvigame.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and limiting the data we collect in the first place. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or the law. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice in the affected Game. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
