Delete Your Data

Last updated: 28 August 2026

There is no account to delete. Our games have no sign-in, no profile and no server. Everything a game remembers is stored on your own device, and you can remove all of it yourself in a few seconds.

What data exists

Zephlo — and every game we currently publish — stores exactly two things, both on your device only:

DataWhereHeld by us?
Your best score The app's private storage on your device No
Whether the sound is muted The app's private storage on your device No

The app requests no Android permissions at all, including no internet permission, so it cannot send anything anywhere. We hold no copy of your scores, no identifier for your device, and no record that you ever installed the game.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, immediately

Either of these removes everything the game has stored:

  • Uninstall the game. Android and Fire OS delete the app's private storage along with it.
  • Or clear its data: Settings → Apps → Zephlo → Storage → Clear data. The game stays installed and starts fresh.

Both are instant and need no request to us. Nothing is recoverable afterwards, including your best score.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete something

The only situation where we hold anything about you is if you emailed us: your message and your email address sit in our support mailbox. To have that erased, write to:

Purchases and store data

Our games contain no in-app purchases. Any record of downloading a game belongs to the store you downloaded it from, not to us. To remove that, use the privacy controls of your Amazon account — we have no access to it and cannot delete it for you.
